Responsibility工作职责：
· Design, develop and implement lab and production test solutions for mobile chipsets or user equipments, base stations, based on R&S mobile radio testers, signal generators and analyzers, incl. chipset verification scenarios, phone calibration and final tests, tests of complex signals of smart terminals, customer-specific test, and so on. 基于罗德与施瓦茨公司的综合测试仪、信号源与频谱仪等仪表，设计、开发与实现针对移动通信芯片或终端、基站的实验室与生产测试解决方案，例如芯片验证、手机校准与终测、智能终端多种信号测试、客户定制测试等；
· Support R&S’ teams and 3rd-party partners technically and resourcefully in application solution implementation, delivery and promotion. 对R&S团队及第3方合作伙伴，在应用解决方案的实现、交付与推广提供技术性与资源性支持；
· Establish and maintain communication
Experience/qualifications职位要求：
· B.A./B.S. or above majored in wireless communication, electronic engineering or RF/microwave. 重点大学学士以上学位，无线通信、电子工程或射频与微波专业；
· A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.至少5年相关工作经验；
· Proven ability designing, implementing, debugging and understanding complex hardware/software systems and projects.必须具备理解、设计、实现、调试、测试复杂软硬件系统和项目的能力；
· Proven experience in OOP (e.g. C++) design techniques and implementation.必须具备基于C++的面向对象设计技术与经验；
· Proven experience in test and measurement of mobile chipset, user terminals or base stations of 2G//3G/LTE. 必须具备2G/3G/LTE芯片、终端或基站的测试与调试经验；
· Proven experience in teamwork. 必须具备团队工作精神；
· Ability to travel to Chinese locations. 适应在国内出差。
