摘要:文中简要介绍了光栅检测装置在国内外的发展动态及光栅尺传感器的工作原理、光栅莫尔条纹信号的辨向和数字细分技术。提出了基于VI的PC上位机同GSN4100系列数显表进行通信,充分利用LabVIEW语言的图形化编程及数据采集、数据分析、数据显示、和数据存储等优点,从而实现测量数据的保存、查看、打印等数据处理操作。该系统已通过测试验收,运行状况良好。

Processing of host computer data for Grating data display based on virtual instrument technology

Abstract: This thesis briefly introduces development trend home and abroad including working principle of the optical grating ruler, directions recognition and digital subdivision technology for the grating moire fringe signal. Communication between host computer based on VI with GSN400 serial Grating
data display instrument was proposed by studying the principle of grating measuring, fully utilized Labview graphics programming, data acquisition, data analysis, display and storage. This realized measuring data saving, viewing, printing and so on. This system has been checked and can work very well.
